No, we only sell complete brushes: handle and knot. We can set the knot with silicon for easier future removal though.

Products
Sure we can! Just reach out and tell us the handle you fell in love with and we'll make our best to add it to the Shop collection.
The hair comes from Manchuria, China, but it’s assembled in knots in our workshop. We tested how to achieve the high density, and also other features like how much a knot should weight, how long the hair should be or what kind of glue should be used.
The gel tip effect is done manually by us, with a mechanical and chemical process.
We are continuously testing different badger hair batches, always looking for the best quality to provide.
It’s quite a long process but the result is worth the effort.
Usually we don't accept custom requests. However, we love challenges and if you have a particular theme in your mind that you would like to "transform" into a brush, we'd love to hear about it.
We like experimenting with new shapes, colors, materials and effects so we can design something unique for you.
E.g: Are you a Game of Thrones fan and would like a House Stark inspired brush? Let's talk about it together.
If there is a material defect with our work, we will do our best to make things right, including a full or partial refund.
Since we only sell handles with a glued knot, any indication about loft and knot type should be arranged when you place your order.
We don't accept exchanges or cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problem with your order.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping
Yes, we ship pretty much all over the world. If your Country isn't covered, please get in touch with us so we can check the shipping costs.
We’ll provide the tracking information as soon as the courier picks the parcel up, but please be aware of the customs duty and processes of your own country.
We're not responsible for delays due to customs.
No, unfortunately Italian couriers don’t ship to PO Boxes. If you enter a PO Box address at the checkout, we’ll ask you to provide an alternative address.
No, unfortunately Italian couriers are not allowed to ship to foreign military bases, even in the Italian territory. If you enter an APO, FPO or DPO address at the checkout, we’ll ask you to provide an alternative address.
We ship items with UPS as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order.
In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, you’ll be notified promptly.
You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive the email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.
When you place an order from the "Shop" page the brush will be made exclusively for you and the production may take 2/3 weeks. In this case the shipping will be done as soon as the brush is ready.
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday-Friday, except Italian Holidays (January 1st, January 6th, Easter and the day after Easter, April 25th, May 1st, June 2nd, August 15th, November 1st, December 8th, December 25th and December 26th).
Transit time varies from 2 to 7 business days, depending on the country.
You can always check the status of your package with the provided UPS tracking code.
Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We don’t collect this beforehand, and can’t give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world.
Please do your research so you’re ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.
Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.
