Where do you ship to? 

Leonidam ships internationally from italy in most countries with various shipping costs.
For specific info, please get in touch with us writing an email to info.leonidam@gmail.com so we can check the shipping cost to your country.

We can't ship to military bases (APO or FPO addresses) or PO boxes, so if you enter these kinds of addresses, we'll ask you to provide an alternative address, home or office.

Do you have insured shipping options?

For each zone and cart, an insured shipping option is available.

When will my order be shipped?

We ship items from the drop collection with UPS as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order.
In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, you’ll be notified promptly.
You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive the email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.
You can however check your order status anytime in your profile page.

Shop collection items need a production time of 2/3 weeks and will be shipped as soon as ready.

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday-Friday, except Italian Holidays (January 1st, January 6th, Easter and the day after Easter, April 25th, May 1st, June 2nd, August 15th, November 1st, December 8th, December 25th and December 26th).

When will I receive my order?

Transit time varies from 2 to 10 business days, depending on the country.
You can always check the status of your package with the provided UPS tracking code.

Do I have to pay taxes on imports?

Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, tax, handling fee, customs clearance charge, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We don’t collect this beforehand, and can’t give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world.
There are surely many online resources to calculate duties and taxes, but to have a clue, you can use this tool.
Just fill out the tool with the info and prices (we ship from Italy and the HS code is 960329) and you'll have a preview of the duties and taxes.
